BESPOKE STORM DOORS FEATURE
This month we have decided to feature one of our joinery and bespoke door projects that involved re-creating one of the most famous doors in the UK. Any ideas which door this could be? A clue to the identity of this mystery would be its right next door to number 9?
What's really interesting about this storm door project is that it was planned and sketched from start to finish and made from scratch. Based on the number 10 downing street door, the client supplied some research and pictures and these were adapted to fit the clients front door space. The client was consulted every step of the way to ensure the project would be completed to a high standard, to their requirements, budget and timescale.
The top section, as well as the storm door, was built from scratch and the glass was specially cut to size. This door is much larger than average doors but this is what we specialise in, as Woodcraft Supplies can make any door to any fit and size of doorway.
